Seattle, Washington

Seattle is the city I want to live in when I finish college. I love the rainy weather, and Seattle has it all. It isn’t a very big city, but plenty crowded. I either want to live in Seattle, or someplace close to it.
The Great Blue Heron is Seattle’s city bird. It was named the city bird on March 17, 2003. That wasn’t too long ago. The Great Blue Heron is a very big bird with a long neck, long legs, and very long and very wide wings. It likes to stay closer to the ocean or lake where there is a lot of water.
There is so much rain in Seattle. I love to sit outside and watch the rain hit the ground, then splash into many different directions. The only problem here in Texas is that it hardly ever rains. My uncle lives a town right outside of Seattle. My cousin visits him once a year. I have never actually been there, but I know it is a very big pretty place. MY cousin says it is so pretty. She invited me to go this past year, but my father said it was none of my business going all the way up there with no adults with me. I understood that he didn’t want me to get hurt, or for anything to happen to me, but what I didn’t understand was what he had against my uncle.

New York

New York is one of the busiest places I know. It is one of the top best cities in the whole world. I have never been to New York, but I would love to go and see all the new and old attractions.
“Wicked”, the musical is one of my most favorite musicals of all time. The actual play, before it started touring, was held in New York whose leads were Idina Menzel and Kristen Chenoweth. The musical was held in the Gershwin Theatre.
I think New York would be a great place to go on vacation, or better yet, to live. There are tons of wonderful places to go. The shopping there is amazing and the food restaurants are to die for. Better than Lubbock for sure!
Some statistics show that seventy percent of New Yorkers believe New York is a good place to live and getting better than ever before. Sixty-eight percent believe New York is getting better than it used to be. Most of the citizens of New York think it is a safe place to live, and that the police are doing a very good job protecting them. A lower percentage of citizens believe police are not at the top of their game and need to do a better job. I believe people should help protect themselves first.
Therefore, New York is a very popular city, one at the top of my list of cities to visit.

San Antonio

San Antonio is probably one of the greatest places in the world to visit. Some of the hotels they have for visitors are amazing.
I have just recently visited San Antonio last Christmas because of cheerleading. We decided we wanted to perform at half-time for the Alamo Bowl. It was okay, but what was really interesting to me was the beautiful hotel we stayed in. It was called the hotel. We also went on the river walk; it was right next to our hotel. It was crowded, but still very amazing. San Antonio is probably the hottest place I have ever been to.
I went to San Antonio again, last summer to see a musical called Wicked with my best friend. It was held in the Majestic Theatre. It was amazing. Can you believe we walked there?
There are also some amazing places to go in San Antonio too. I went to Shlitter Bon one day, and I didn’t want to leave. I loved being in the lazy river all day. I would try to hold on to the sides when the waves would push me up, although, I would always get in trouble every time I tried.
Another place I went to was Sea World. It was the best place I had ever been. I watched the dolphins, whales, and penguins. San Antonio is one of the best vacation places I have ever been to.

Honolulu, Hawaii

Honolulu is the capitol of Hawaii. It is on an island called Oahu. Honolulu is considered to be, not only the capitol, but also the only city in Hawaii. It is considered to be the only city in Hawaii. The others are considered to be counties.
It is placed along the southern shore of the island. Honolulu in Hawaiian language means place for shelter, or sheltered bay.
It has the highest population and the greatest resorts than any other county in Hawaii. The population was about three hundred seventy one thousand people in the year of 2000. The island of Oahu is one thousand six hundred square kilometers or six hundred square miles in area.
There are no professional football teams in Honolulu at the moment, but the Pro Bowl, which is held in February each year, and the Hawaii Bowl are some major football games held in Hawaii.
I want to go to Honolulu because of the fact that it’s an island. Who wouldn’t want to stay on a luxurious island for a week or two? I would love to stay in a hotel that is close to the ocean, so every day I can look out and see the wonderful sea, and smell the salty air. There are tons of things you could do on the island too, like learn how to surf, get really tan, possibly learn to fire dance, and maybe even learn the language of Hawaii, and all the gestures they do, learning more about their culture would be a great ideal for part of any vacation. It would also be interesting to learn about how they make their buildings. Do they use the same structures as us, or do they use one all their own?
